About Dr. Loughlin

Matthew Loughlin, MD, has over 17 years of experience as a board-certified urologist and men’s health specialist. He practices at North Florida Urology Associates, with locations in Gainesville, Ocala, The Villages, St. Augustine, and Palatka, Florida, diagnosing and treating diseases of the genitourinary tract such as erectile dysfunction, prostate cancer, enlarged prostate, low testosterone, and kidney stones. In addition to men’s health and urology, Dr. Loughlin also provides diagnosis and treatment for women’s health issues such as sexual dysfunction and incontinence.

After completing his undergraduate degree at Fordham University in New York City, Dr. Loughlin went on to earn his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He served both his internship and residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
